SAMMY MILLER MUSEUM - NORTON MOTORCYCLES: Sammy has devoted an entire Wing of the Museum to the Norton Motorcycle and with good reason. His collection of Norton's is astounding.
1956: NORTON MODEL F - THE LAST WORKS NORTON: A quite incredible motorcycle, powered by a 350cc single cylinder DOHC engine, suspended from a spine frame which also served to carry the engine oil. The gearbox was a five speed unit construction type and Electron was used for all major castings. The most obvious features of this motorcycle included the location of the entire engine and gearbox as low as possible which allowed a very low profile fuel tank arrangement. Sadly the motorcycle was never raced as the Company decided to stop building Works Development Racers.
