WSBK 2010 Pit Walks

The Pit Walks: The very popular pit walks were on Saturday and Sunday and most teams had their garage doors 'open' allowing access for photography, posters etc. Of particular note was a far less oppressive Security Team organising and controlling Pit Walk participants, very welcome.

THE BMW 'TROY CORSER-RUBEN XAUS' TEAM: Once again, a very professional team, significantly enhanced in 2010 by the most experienced Team Manager in World Superbikes, Davide Tardozzi.

THE DUCATI 'HAGA-FABRIZIO' TEAM: Two major changes for the works Ducati camp for 2010 will have a significant effect on their results, Ben Spies, (their main opposition in 2009) has moved over to MotoGP and Davide Tardozzi, (their Team Manager for many years) has moved over to BMW!

THE DUCATI 'LORENZO LANZI' DFX CORSE TEAM: The non works Ducati 1198R is obviously running a different swing arm and exhaust system to the works 1198 F10's and no doubt a great deal more differences in the engine department.

THE SUZUKI 'HASLAM-GUINTOLI' TEAM: Wow, a very competitive Team, fastest laps, pole position, winner in Race 1, it's all happening for Suzuki! Leon Haslam moved over from Honda and this years Suzuki GSX-R 1000 appears to suit him perfectly.

THE YAMAHA 'TOSELAND-CRUTCHLOW' TEAM: A very different set up compared to last years 'Spies/Sykes' Yamaha Team. The team will be hard pressed to match the overall performance of the Yamahas last year.
