In 2010 the
event was sponsored by 'Southcoast Automotive' it specifically highlighted 'Australian Specials Racing Cars', built

SPEED
ON TWEED - September 2008:
Speed on Tweed had been run very successfully
for many years, of course I never bothered to attend until I heard the 2008
event was to be the last, no way.
A thoroughly enjoyable experience stretching
over some three days with so many beautiful cars, legends of Australian and New
Zealand Motor Sport in attendance, just great!
